How to Use
Heat in microwave for 25 seconds; check temperature before applying to closed eyes for 10 minutes. For cold therapy, freeze for 30 minutes and apply for 5–7 minutes.

Warnings
For external use only. Do not exceed heating time. Avoid use if you have poor circulation, diabetes, recent eye surgery, or skin conditions around the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage
Store in a clean, dry place. Wash by hand with mild detergent in cooled boiled water; air dry for 24 hours.
